Open Faced Smoked Trout Sandwiches
Ingredients:
2 slices hearty grain bread
4 Tbs Alouette, herb and garlic
1 tin Trader Joe's smoked trout, crumbled
1/2 small red onion, very thinly sliced
2 small tomatoes, chopped
salt & pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Toast the bread. Schmear the Alouette on the toast. Top with the smoked trout, then the onion. Toss the tomatoes with the salt, pepper and olive oil. Serve on the side.
