When we make a batch of guac, and have enough left for another use, give it an extra squirt of lime juice, and put in freezer bags. Just be sure to squeeze all of the air out of the bag. To defrost, just put your freezer bag in cool water, not hot, and it comes out perfectly, not brown at all, about 1/2 hr, in the water.Beckyhttp://www.bakingandcookingataleoftwoloves.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2518464239278299724.post-41331455216170032762010-10-17T12:38:21.919-04:002010-10-17T12:38:21.919-04:00yum, that looks delicious! i love all the flavors ...yum, that looks delicious! i love all the flavors mingling in this dish.Brie: Le Grand Fromagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12336500817219555030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2518464239278299724.post-6868985083282385692010-10-17T12:03:52.622-04:002010-10-17T12:03:52.622-04:00OOhh!!! Haven't added worsteshire (I'm pretty darn sure I didn't spell that right!) to my guac before, I bet it add a great flavor.
